(Proverbs 28:11 KJV) The rich man is wise in his own conceit; but the poor that hath understanding searcheth him out.
Let me take a big stretch here. Let me pull out a principle of economics. Think of a business like Walmart and the stages it goes through. Sam Walton started with one store. If you had gone into his first store you would have received awesome service. Move forward to what Walmart has become. Often it is impossible to find and employee and when you do they don’t seem to know too much or desire to be of assistance. I am painting with a broad brush but that is a natural process. Why does 7/11 stay open? They charge more and have limited selection. They are on every corner because they are quick and helpful. They are hungry. That improves their understanding.
You can observe businesses around you at every step of the process. Now apply it to you and your life. When I was young and living hand to mouth every penny counted. Now I don’t pay near as much attention. When I was a new Christian I saw sparkle in every new revelation. Now I have to focus and discipline myself to learn new things and grow.
So? Be aware of where you are in your walk and make allowance for others as they journey. It is possible to be in touch with God at all steps. It just takes a little more focus at certain times.

I'm afraid if you plotted my Christian learning, it would look like a bell curve.
That is because the easy stuff comes easy and the hard stuff takes time. A bell curve is normal.
Grace and peace
