(Pro 9:5 KJV) Come, eat of my bread, and drink of the wine which I have mingled.
Both Wisdom and the foolish woman call for our attention. Verses 4 and 16 are worded the same but followed by different offerings. The difference I noticed today is that one is an open invitation to enlightenment and the other is offering some secret delights. Righteousness flourishes in light. Evil spreads in darkness. Even if you look at things like fulfilled prophecy, you find that the original statement was made in public. It may have been hard to understand but it was in the open.
So? Be very careful around people who claim to have exclusive information, insights or revelations. God does not play “Hide the walnut”. Secret societies such as the Masons have been avoided by Bible believing Christians for that reason but they are not the only ones out there.

I found a couple of my grandfather's masonic books when I was younger. I knew as soon as I read a little that they were treading on the edges of blasphemy.
So even when you were younger you had a bit more wisdom than the average bear.
Grace and peace
